Everyone can improve on his or her physical condition. It is not just a matter of losing weight because everyone puts way too much emphasis on that. It is important but not the only thing you should be focusing on. Your diet is the most important factor you can change. Not that you should be on a “diet” but that you should change your eating habits to be healthier and improve your physical condition.
